Ferita Lie

Ferita Lie was a prominent figure in Indonesia’s financial sector, having served as President Commissioner of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas and Director of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk. With a career spanning more than two decades, she held key positions across finance, real estate, and mining. Her expertise extended to complex loan restructuring and distressed asset recovery, as well as spearheading the establishment of new companies. Her previous roles included Finance Director at PT Grand Indonesia, President Commissioner at PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia, and Chief Financial Officer at Sinar Mas Mining Ltd.

An alumna of Universitas Trisakti with a degree in accounting, Ferita furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s in Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan. She also completed the Managing Innovation Program at Harvard Business School in January 2022, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Her investment philosophy, influenced by her mother’s financial acumen, emphasizes long-term planning, discipline, and diversification. She advocates for prudent financial management and has shared insights on avoiding high-risk investments and the importance of aligning investment strategies with personal financial goals.

Abraham Ivan Partomuan Pardede is an accomplished economist with a strong academic foundation and diverse experience in economic policy, financial markets, and data-driven research. He holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy from Boston University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and a Sarjana Ekonomi from Universitas Indonesia. His expertise spans development economics, international trade, and labor market studies. Currently serving as a Research Analyst at the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Development (Prospera), he supports various government agencies in Indonesia—such as OJK, Bank Indonesia, and the Ministry of Finance—on projects related to financial inclusion, old-age security programs, macro-financial stability, and capital market development.

In addition to his current role, Abraham has accumulated extensive research experience through positions at Boston University, Universitas Indonesia, the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), CReco Consulting, and AIA Insurance Indonesia. His work has involved complex data analysis, financial market research, and policy-focused studies, including stress testing banking solvency, assessing pension system reforms, and evaluating financial market performance. He is also an active contributor to capacity-building efforts, having presented technical workshops to government institutions on financial regulation and risk assessment. His background reflects a blend of academic rigor, policy insight, and practical expertise in economics and finance.

Innes Margaretha

Innes Margaretha

Innes Margaretha is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience across auditing, mining, and capital markets. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia as a Senior Associate, leading audit teams and ensuring compliance with PSAK standards. She then advanced to Sinarmas Mining as Finance & Accounting Manager, where she successfully managed financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory submissions, contributing to the company’s recognition as one of Indonesia’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies.

Her career further progressed at PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, where she held senior leadership roles including Finance, Accounting & Operation Senior Manager, Director of Compliance, and later, Director of Underwriting. In these positions, she oversaw compliance with OJK and BEI regulations, led system migrations, strengthened risk management, and enhanced human capital development. She also played a pivotal role in business growth, including restoring underwriting activities, launching advisory services, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Innes held certifications as WPPE, WPEE, WAPERD, and WMI, underscoring her expertise and regulatory authority in Indonesia’s capital markets.
